What Information We Collect

Vehicle registration numbers (VRMs) — entered manually or extracted from a photograph you submit.
Images — if you use the camera feature, a photo is temporarily uploaded to our server for processing. Images are used solely to identify the vehicle registration plate and are not retained beyond the immediate lookup request.
Technical data — standard server log information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the date and time of your request. This is collected automatically and is standard practice for any web server.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information unless you contact us directly.

Cookies

Data Retention

Server log data is retained for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes, after which it is deleted. Uploaded images are not retained beyond the immediate processing request. VRMs submitted for lookup may be logged briefly for operational purposes but are not retained in a way that links them to any individual user.
